Return/Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange:

If you would like to initiate the return or exchange of an item, please email us at [email protected] and a member of The One Viola customer service team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of date received for exchange or store credit only. All returned goods must be in their original, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with original packaging and original tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs:

Please be aware that shipping, custom duties/fees, or delivery charges are not refundable. For customers in the US, the cost of return shipping is $6 and will be deducted from your refund. For customers outside the US, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Products which are returned after the return/exchange period or without their original packaging and original tags attached will not be refunded. We will not issue, accept, return, or refund of products which are returned late past the specified return period. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of date received. Exchanges/returns made beyond this time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order.

Damaged/Defective Products:

If your product is wrong, defective or damaged, please contact our customer support service team at [email protected] with a photograph of the damaged goods or wrong item you have received together with the order number.

Final Sale:

Gift Cards, e-gift certificates, underwear, hats, swimwear, cosmetics, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, credited, or exchanged.

Discounts or Promotions:

If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
